Hi everyone! I run support a lot and i love to play domination. Since heavy duty is gone i was asking myself if those pointstreaks are worthing or not. I discovered that night owl is much more useful than the juggernaut for spanning enemies and deflecting esplosives. With support i can' t change class and i don' t use blindeye because i prefer sitrep so: - Ground jammer Destroy Sat com, IMS, Sentry gun, Vulture(?), Griphon(?), Night owl(?) - Night owl Protect against all tactical and letal esplosives (no stationary), Trinity rocket, Battle hind (except minigun), IMS, Vulture(?), Griphon (8 shots), MAAWS(?) - Recon juggernaut Be a bullets target letting teammates to capture flags Defense a point Feel like a boss(?) In the recent patch the suit is now invisible to thermal and tracker sight( good for Stonehaven) but without health regeneration it is still quite useless Will IW change it?

The Ground Jammer is quite a powerful killstreak. It's useful to have on Strikezone, as it can apparently stop a KEM Strike temporarily.

First of all, read the rules since you're new here. (This thread shouldn't be in Den and you ain't a true bro)
And we can't really predict the future on how IW changes stuff.

With the advent of the Gryphon, I'm contemplating throwing in the MAAWS of all things. It's the only fucking launcher that can lock and hit something worth a damn.

I actually don't run those streaks so I can't really give an opinion.

Squadmate is nice when the AI is cooperative.

any of you guys used the recon jugg in cranked? it's goofy but kind of fun. I like holding on to the maws and then bust it out when I have the juggs suit on.

Why cranked? That's like the last place I'd use the recon jugg. As far as support goes, a full team of satcoms and ballistic vests beats everything else. Add in oracle for good measure.

Crancked because juggernaut gets the perks

From my experience, the night owl is the most useful in domination - when you plan to play aggressively to take and defend B. I occasionally use it on my radar shield class for this purpose. The night owl's best attribute is it's ability to swallow explosives. The radar is nice, but I already have that with my shield, so it's not that useful when you pair them.
Opposing players trying to take points in domination tend to lead with explosives/stuns. Plus, many players try to toss explosives over me/behind me and my shield to kill me. The night owl negates both, usually in hilarious fashion since I make sure my engagements are always at close range.
If you're interested in being stealthy/hidden at all, the night owl is obviously worthless due to it's sound and flying 8 feet over your head to point you out. It's also fun to watch it eat up incoming trinity rockets, but that situation doesn't happen often enough to use it just for that purpose.
The support juggernaut is too slow to be worthwhile to me in domination.
Most useful support streaks for domination are sat com (if more than one person is running it), vests, night owl, squadmate, ground jammer (if the enemy is using sat coms/IMS/sentry) and oracle.

I'm not sure how many explosives the night owl will eat before it is destroyed, which is what I'd guess happened to you.
In one recent match I was capping a flag outside (with a night owl above me) and it ate all three trinity rockets. I capped and took no damage. So, I know at the very least a fresh night owl is capable of consuming the whole rocket. One thing I often worry about with the night owl is it's position relative to my model. If you run with it, or are killed and it has to travel back to your spawn, I'm not sure the range that it will still work to protect you.
Like I said above, it's good if you use it very specifically. Not so good otherwise. It's on my 'come and get me' domination class with radar shield, c-4, support squadmate, and oracle.

It's only ideal for campers since it drags behind you like a kite when moving but it also hurts immobile players because it's loud as fuck.
It's an alright killstreak but its main use honestly is for capping flags.

I don't think my perspective differs from 3055's. The night owl has a spot in one of my classes, but only for something very specific.
One more thing I'll point out is that when the night owl consumes an explosive, the thrower will take damage if they are in range. With my shield class I've been responsible for many enemy deaths where they try and throw a C4 over my head, but it detonates due to the night owl and kills them. Also, in the video you saw that the guy with the night owl died even though the night owl destroyed the enemy C4. Since I use the shield, this isn't an issue for me.

I found it very useful when i was capturing a point with my squadmate wondering where the enemies will come from..

Cranked recon juggs is pretty fun, it's gotta be about the same speed as the maniac plus you get a riot shield and a lackluster pistol. Functionally probably not a great tactic but sometimes you just have to do stuff because it's fun.

The juggernaut should have focus at least to hit anyone with that creppy pistol

I suggest you a schield class for domination - Primary: riot schield with portable radar - Secondary: akimbo p226 - Lethal: c4 - Tactical: trophy sistem - Perks: Reflex, stady aim, hardline, sit rep - Scorestreak: support squadmate, recon juggernaut and odin
Reflex will help for switching to the pistol (p226 has the best tight spread) throwing the c4 and deploying the trophy. Hardline will make every 2 assist from you, support squadmate, recon juggernaut and odin's juggernaut counting as a kill (also defleting bullets for every riot schield). Before taking the juggernaut suit, throw the c4 near a domination point( it can blow up only pressing double x on xbox) and place the trophy like a safe zone.
