Does anyone have some more information of kits like Battery Charger, Dash Quickcharger, Fast Autoloader, Tactical Reactor, Regen Booster, Core Extender, and Core Accelerator?
I can't seem to find anything that provides information on the effectiveness of each one.

Dash Quickcharger increases the regen rate by 2.5% per second.
Fast Autoloader divides the delay between uses by 1.25.
Tactical Reactor multiplies the fire rate by 1.25 for Electric Smoke and Particle Wall. For Vortex Shield, it takes off a quarter of the charge cooldown time and delay but adds a second to the charge time.
I'm too lazy to finish this post. I'll do it later.

For the quickcharger do you mean 25% or 2.5%?
It'd make sense if it was 25% increase in speed across the board for Titan kits.
I read somewhere that the battery charger cuts the cooldown from 17 seconds to 11 seconds. That'd be about a 50% increase.

2.5% but not the way you're thinking. The "%" is just an arbitrary unit system. In other words... The total charge a titan can hold for dashes is 100 units and each dash uses a different amount of that charge depending on what titan chassis you are in. The charge will refill a defined certain number of units per second depending on what titan chassis. The regen rate is specific to each titan, but the quickcharger will increase this rate by 2.5 units per second.

A Pilot's Power Cell, by multiplying the recharge rate by 1.5x, reduces the time it takes a Tactical Ability to recharge to 66.666% the original time.
A Titan's Tactical Reactor multiplies the recharge by 1.25x, reducing the Tactical Ability's time to 80% its original time. Fast Autoloader does the same for Ordnance, a 1.25x multiplier, 80% the time to recharge.
Core Extender's 1.42x multiplier increases each Titan Core's active time of 12.6 seconds to 17.892 seconds.
Core Accelerator doubles the amount of time that gets cut off whenever you do anything while inside of your titan that reduces Build/Charge time. Killing a Grunt will cut off 12 seconds instead of 6 seconds. Killing a pilot will cut off 60 instead of 30 seconds.
Regen Booster cuts the Shield regeneration time of 6 seconds in half. -----
Dash Quickcharger needs some detail to explain because of the way it is implemented.
By default: Ogre recovers one dash charge every 4.545 seconds. (plus a 0.3 second regen delay after the dash) Atlas recovers one dash charge every 4.1666 seconds. (plus 0.2 second regen delay after the dash) Stryder recovers one dash charge every 3.3 seconds. (plus 0.2 second regen delay after the dash)
The "Dodge Power" for all three Titans is a 100 point capacity. A dash takes away 100, 50 and 33 points for the Ogre, Atlas and Stryder respectively. The recovery rate is then a points-per-second rate. Each second recovers 22, 12 and 10 points for the Ogre, Atlas and Stryder respectively. So 100/22, 50/12 and 33/10 results in the time it takes to recover the dash.
The Dash Quickcharger adds 2.5 points to the Recovery Rate. That means the new rates are 24.5, 14.5 and 12.5 for the Ogre, Atlas and Stryder respectively. Do the math with those new numbers and with Quickcharge: Ogre recovers one dash charge every 4.0816 seconds. (90% of the time, 0.464 second reduction) Atlas recovers one dash charge every 3.4483 seconds. (82.75% of the time, 0.719 second reduction) Stryder recovers one dash charge every 2.64 seconds. (80% of the time, 0.66 second redution)
Because of that design, the Stryder benefits the most from Dash Quickcharger in terms of comparative time, but Atlas benefits the most in terms of total time reduction. Ogre doesn't get much out of Dash Overcharge, but that's no big, he's got Big Punch turning his fist into probably the most lethal Titan weapon in the game.

Interesting, thank Den.
Seems Dash Quickcharger wasn't as good as I thought, but still useful in a stryder.
Regen Booster and Core Accelerator seem to be the two best titan kits.

Oh, and what do the Overcharge Shields and Damage core do, respectively?
I assume it was a full shield charge that's got 50% more capacity, and the Atlas get's a 50% damage increase.

Ogre's Shield Core reduces all damage by half as long as the shields are up. That's shields only, not armor.
Atlas's Damage Core increases damage by 1.4x

I'm pretty sure regen booster also increases the rate that the shields recharge in addition to reducing the time before they recharge, though I only have empirical evidence to back this up. Maybe also a 50% reduction in time?

gosh darn golly gee whiz. I knew Core Accelerator was good, but not that good. I'll get around to adding these to my "charts" eventually.

Awesome stuff.
One more question, probably doesn't involve any real statistics.
But today I shot a turret with my arc cannon and it arced to a pilot and killed him. I know it does it a lot with enemy titans too. I was wondering if anyone knows if it works with allied titans and allied infantry.
