I haven't played Ghosts in a while but why do they use the Vector? IIRC it's outclassed by the MTAR.
As for BO2, I know they use the FAL, AN94, and the MSMC. My question is why the MSMC? I thought the nerf made it and the PDW worse than the Vector.
Kinda on topic but is the AN94 select fire good still?

Anyway, I reckon people use the Vector because decent ADD, 3HK range and the not completely retarded irons. The AN-94 is also still king even without Select Fire and the subsequent range nerf.

The AN94 has a reload time akin to SMGs.

There's no competitive playing going on with BO2 right now. MLG events are using Ghosts. And with Ghosts.....two more tournaments left. The MLG Pro Season playoffs in Columbus, Ohio on Oct 24th-26th. Then the eSports World Cup in France from Oct 28th-30th. All over then.
The first eSports event for Advanced Warfare set to take place on November 28th-30th with MLG Columbus. I would like to get a team together for that.

The MSMC/PDW nerf was pretty much just recoil. That made the Vector the best SMG at mid to long range (where it would get stomped by assault rifles) and still decent as hell up close, but with BO2's map design the close range damage advantage of the MSMC/PDW was still a huge plus.
