4) AIs in this game mode can use all the weapons and throw grenades, sounds like...

5) This game mode is definitely a good way to really burn those "burn cards" that are currently burning a whole in your pockets;

This game mode is perfect for having some Titanfall fun all the way to Titanfall 2, without having to worry about the game not having enough players online. A great parting gift from Respawn before they move on...

6) Marked for Death pro: = closest game mode to CoD SnD;

It wasn't that well explained... but it sounds like the ground gets electrified, so if you're not wallrunning, you're taking damage.

Ranked Play

Test yourself! Ranked play will enable you to work your way through an increasingly challenging set of Tiers by out-performing other Pilots in battle. This is not an exclusive mode or playlist and it works in all standard competitive matches.

In order to obtain the metrics we need to finalize the details, this feature will be launching in beta form.

The beta will last at least through October. After the beta, it will be open to all players level 32 or higher. A new season of Ranked Play will begin on the 1st of each month.

Looking for a beta invite? All Gen 10 players will receive beta access, in appreciation of their skill and determination. Gen 10 players may also invite other players to join in the fun. Gen 10 players are given 5 invites to Ranked Play, and 3 more invites per day. We may also expand beta access during this period.

Need to get our Titanfall gang together again to do this...

Full Screen Minimap

To improve coordination among teammates, we’ve added the ability to bring up a full map by pressing Right D-Pad or “M” on the keyboard.

Black Market Additions

New Titan OS Voices
This update introduces new Titan OS Voices to buy in the Black Market. Sid is aggressive and dominating, while Vanessa is warm and inviting. In addition, you can purchase Black Market versions of the Betty Titan OS in multiple languages.

Black Market—Forged Certifications
Completing challenges can be hard, but on the Black Market, cheaters always win. This update lets you buy “Forged Certifications” which allow you to skip all five tiers of a challenge. You won’t receive any of the rewards for those challenges. Be careful, though—there is a new Xbox Live Achievement, “Too Legit To Quit” (0 points), to reach Gen 10 the old fashioned way—without skipping any regen challenges! Players who are already Gen 10 will also receive the challenge retroactively. Skipping a challenge that is not a regen requirement will not affect the achievement.

Deadly Ground

The floor is covered in deadly electrified fog! Play a variety of maps in Hardpoint, Capture the Flag and Marked For Death while staying off the ground. Deadly Ground is scheduled to launch as the new featured game mode on November 5th.

Do you like Marked for Death but pine for classic round-based intensity? Look no further than Marked for Death Pro, poised to launch on November 26th.

Destiny can't be "dropped" easily, because there are things I need to do weekly (and daily, although less important) . At this point I am seriously pondering a Titanfall Sunday, considering most of the weekly stuff are tapering off by Saturday.

1) Regarding Destiny: as a shotty (only?) player you should know that shotgun is one of the most dominant weapons in Destiny PvP . Consider buying it just for that;

2) Regarding AW: please do Many of us will be picking up the game even if it is lackluster, with the enhanced movements it has a very good chance to be better than Ghosts (for Titanfall players anyways) so why not

I totally pushed Rayme for that after kicking him around in 8v8 Pilot Skirmish a couple of months ago, so credit probably goes to me. Also, totally called the Horde thing, so hey Den, maybe clean up my tag. "Defender of the Frontier" would be acceptable. Just throwing that out there... In a nutshell, now the game gives you the option to put the "try hard" pants on, with something called "ranked chip" (IMHO it should just be named as try hard pants ) . Once you have it on, your "ranking" (I'll skip the metaphor here, but you can use your imagination. Hint: the most popular object in BO2 emblems) will be visible to other try hard players.

The neat thing about this idea is that there is no separate playlists to further dilute the user base, and try hard players are playing with others in the same pool. Non try hard players are ignorant about the try hard stompers, while try hard players can see each other and duel out for supremacy.

The system will be in beta first. All Gen 10s are invited to the beta.

Pretty sure there is no effect on matchmaking. The concept doesn't completely make sense to me intuitively from the description, but it's something to max out, so I'm sure I'll do it. wittyscorpion, if you think I wear ANY pants when playing Titanfall I may have some mildly disturbing news for you. Comfort is king.

It's pretty fun. Rounds have indeed been pretty short, like 10-15 minutes? Lost one harvester with a team of retards, so 2 stars, the other 2-3 games were all walks in the park. I think this is going to need a harder difficulty setting patched in.

Colony kicked the asses of the random group I was put with. An abundance of 20 Nuke Titans in the final round just ran down in a tight cluster and took out the harvester thrice in a row while a half dozen Mortar Titans distracted us.
