I know the springfield has em and there is also a pistol i think. Why do you thing it is like this? Maybe a goof when making the game or maybe it is historicly accurate and it was something that was dilliberty put in the game. Whats your opinion and is there any others you've noticed?

Misaligned ironsights are due to the 3D models and animation.
Just slip-ups and/or oversights.
I haven't seen any other weapon not hit the tip of its front sights, or at least not enough for it to be an issue.

The Garand is perhaps slightly off. From what I've seen when using it.

its fine when there comming at u or they are standing still but try to lead your target with it. i find it real hard with the m1 grand. but on another note it sure does put em down dont it
