Hi again Den.
A have a some question about CoD WW penetration. So for example :
small_metal\12\ large_metal\20\
12 and 20 - it's percent value or it's some "stock" value. I mean damage loses at 12 percents of damage or damage lose 12 points ? And if I want to shoot from scorpion (for example) to large metal, can I penetrate him ? How game textures define whick texture it is ? small or large (medium as I see have the same damage to large)
Ant what about deep penetration. Perk create double penetrate damage. But what about shooting angle ? I mean more 45 degrees and lesser. Talk about it in detail =)

Those numbers are presumably percentage. A Large rifle at 40 damage would be cut down to 8 damage through a 20 Material if the shot is at a zeroed angle. With the perk, the shot can penetrate at almost a 90° angle. The damage remaining is doubled. That 8 would become 16. Since both the angle and damage is doubled, then the 45° angle at which damage would be zero becomes the 50% mark (which would make the 16 damage 8 again).

thx, understand now. But about textures ? How game define what is this - large or small metal. Does it depend from wall thickness ?
I'm a mapper and in radiant into "metal" textures section I didn't find any mention about small or large texture...

The "small_" and "large_" are prefixes. Small being what "Small" Penetration weapons would deliver. Large what "Large" penetration would deliver.
I don't think that thickness of an object plays a part (it doesn't appear to). I've not much experience with COD4's Radiant.

Den. Another question. What about several walls ? For example bullet give 40 damage (high penetration). Two metal walls. After first wall only 20 percent can throught wall (it's 8 damage). So when it's take damage to second wall, bullet loses damage again ? so only 1.6 damage can throught ?

Never tried it, there are not many, if any, places to shoot through two things to hit something.
Most likely, the second wall cuts damage based on whatever damage is left from the first wall. So, hypothetically, shooting through two walls right next to each other at 0° angle, the first cuts damage to half, the second would cut that half in half, leaving only a quarter.
40 > 8 > 2 may be the case.
