After-post Edit: The below pertains to unscoped bolt-action rifles.
So I was in the official forums and talking to someone about how the game files state that a stomach shot would not be a kill (using as a reference, of course, this awesome site), and they disagreed , saying that a stomach shot is a kill with SP. I decided to start up a LAN game with another player to test this and it turns out that we were both wrong.
I first tested the stomach shot and it indeed resulted in a kill. Then, just to make sure everything was working normally, I decided to test some groin/crotch shots. To my surprise, these too resulted in a kill! In fact, unless the shot was an obvious limb shot, I would get a kill as soon as the shots started registering (I started in between the legs close to the ground and worked my way up). So I wonder if we can come up with an explanation for this phenomenon? It's almost as though the game isn't going off of the game files.

Lol good point. Seems I was a little too tired yesterday when I made the post : P. We were talking about bolt-actions. I did the test shots with an unscoped Mosin-Nagant (I had a bayonet on it if that makes a difference).

I think I might be able to answer this. ... Assuming that you're on console, the Mosin-Nagant does 50 dmg, with a 1.5x bonus for a stomach shot. If you have SP on then that equates to 105 dmg and a kill. The console and PC have slight differences- mostly with BA and the MP40. ... If you're on a PC then I have no idea.

Hmm I didn't know about the difference, but I am playing on PC so it's still an unsolved mystery : P.
