Machine Gun turrets? Same with TOW launchers.

advanced warhead improves damage on stationary AT and machineguns...i don't think magnum ammo does, but that's just speculation on my part, have not tested it.

Magnum ammo does nothing to affect stationary weapons OR vehicles. I feel like I notice a difference when using V WRHD on any emplacement or vehicle. I know for sure that it affects the HMG in the passenger seat on all the tanks, but I don't have enough experience with the stationary weapons to say for sure.
It would seem to make sense though, because the Stationary AT is just the Alt-Fire from the Bradley/BMP, and the Stationary HMGs are just the passenger guns on the armored vehicles... Which would all be affected by Warhead.

I remember Den saying something along the lines of the turrets being considered vehicles and therefore are affected by V WARHEAD at some point.

you also get a vehicle kill when blowing someone up in a turret

I remember a time playing on Harvest Day when I stole the enemy tank and just kept on mowing down people by shooting near them on the ground and racking up a massive kill streak. I've been using the Warhead perk on vehicles ever since. Can't say the same for Magnum Ammo on my other guns, Magnum's overrated if you ask me. :/

Word to that Legendary. I feel like you and I are about the only people that use Warhead because everyone else I see uses VALT or SMOKE pretty much. On my engineer kits I generally do use Smoke or VALT, but for any other kit I run Warhead, or Optic if I'm UAV'ing. I like playing Assault w/ 40mm smoke and Warhead and being the secondary for a tank or APC. When I'm playing with clan-mates the driver will be engineer and usually has VALT, Reload, or V-ELEC (seriously folks, I know people steer away from this because you get it first, but give this a shot on the maps like Panama Canal and Laguna Alta and you will see how frickin' awesome it is... Say goodbye to being C4'd or running into mines, and it makes hunting down infantry in buildings WAAAAAY easier) and if we get traced I pop out, swap to smoke, shoot the tank, start the reload and jump in before it completes. I'm out of the tank for maybe a second, and the reload completes even while I'm "inside" the tank, weirdly enough.
ESPECIALLY if I know I'm going to be manning the HMG on the armor or the minigun on the Blackhawk.... Seems like it makes a HUUUUUGE difference with those.

Hooray for V ELECT! Run them C4'ers over!
That is all.

Electronics isn't necessary. A good MG can keep them off of you, and your Enhanced Warhead can kill anything from a longer distance away.
I love sneaking behind enemy tanks and using warhead to 2 hit kill them.
Alt Wep is only useful on the APC when there are battletanks to fight, but other wise a bigger tank gun is more important than an MG. Especially since you can't aim it without taking the cannon with it.
Reload is outclassed by Warhead. You don't need to fire twice if they are dead.
Armor is beaten by Warhead. They can't shoot you if they are dead.

I almost never use anything except warhead. Then again, I only ever play with my fellas, and (especially since I most play engi these days) I am almost always the gunner, where only that and electronics even do anything as far as I'm aware. On a big map like heavy metal I'll sometimes take alt w, as we often get pretty spread out on that and I might be in a tank or on a uav on my own, or pretty likely I'll be the gunner in a chopper, and my main driver largely runs alt w, so we can do that trace/bomb thing. Warhead beats reload in general imo, but for the helo gunner seat reload is better imo, not that I use it that often. Alt w wins in uav and bradley for me. If I'm not really using vehicles I might take electronics for riding quads or when I'm 3rd/4th lad in a humvee or bradley. But I'm basically warhead all the time.

Electronics isn't necessary. A good MG can keep them off of you, and your Enhanced Warhead can kill anything from a longer distance away. I certainly understand where you're coming from, but "A good MG" doesn't do jack to uncover where they're hiding, such as Panama Canal when a dude is down on one of the sets of stairs, waiting for you to pass by; Or when your MG is tasked with taking out infantry that have presented themselves on one side of the tank while someone sneaks up from behind to lay mines/C4. There's literally nothing that the MG can do in that situation unless your advocating that it not shoot at targets of opportunity and should instead just scan for hostiles, in which case why not just take V Elect since it does the same thing and doesn't waste a freakin' sweet HMG seat? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE me some Warhead, and I love a good HMG gunner w/ Warhead on, but sometimes your enemies are just good and/or coordinated, in which case you're hosed. VELEC lets you assess your impending doom and Oscar Mike the heck outta there. Heck, on some maps the HMG is more useful than the Main Gun, which is only useful for flushing out targets and clearing cover; In which case why not make the gunner's job easier by locating targets for him? Note: This is ALL considering we're talking about the TANKS, the chainguns on the APC's are entirely different and I would 100% advocate taking Warhead on an infantry heavy map with them. I even do it when I know I'm going to face enemy tanks if I'm playing an engineer because I'll jump out and trace the tank, jump in, shoot a barrage, jump out and RPG, jump in and shoot a barrage, etc. I know this is all Tanker 101, but I never see people do this for some reason.

Yeah I played an Arica rush game a while ago where a friend and I got in a tank at spawn and stayed in it until we won the game. I was in the HMG seat and got a good ~20 kills more than him. He took optics and shot a few of the Mcoms to death from afar. Optics being another decent way to find targets for your gunner lad. But yeah besides the ability to knock holes in things he was basically there to drive my gun in to good positions.

So I suppose everyone's opinion is that the APCs are superior to the tanks?
APC Driver: Engineer + Warhead HMG: Engineer + Warhead Side Seat Left: Assault + Smoke grenades + Warhead Side Seat Right: Engineer + AT4 + Explosives MK2 + Electronics
Is that the perfect vehicle loadout?
It has electronics, 2 warheaded guns, two side MGs, an engineer to jump out and fire an AT4, and a smoke grenade to disable tracers.
Plus 3 engineers can jump out later to repair it.
Oh, AND it's a mobile spawn point.

That's close enough. I'd be tempted still to go for Alt-W on the main though, because that set up loses to tank. Sure you've got a guy to pop out and shoot an AT-4, but the tank has a guy on the gun. And if we're being truly fair, also two guys on foot supporting, so he's not going to get much done, and the 30mm autocannon thing with warhead wont beat tank rounds. TOW evens the field. Isn't warhead overkill for infantry (which is pretty much what the autocannon is being used for here, right?) I mean, you're kind of banking on either missing loads of your shots or running in to truly obscene amounts of dudes in order to get much mileage out of warhead. And in either of those cases, your IFV probably isn't going to last that long regardless of how lovely its loadout is. Plus, with a guy on the HMG and one on each side, having the driver also focus on anti-infantry rather than anti-vehicle seems like overkill/imbalance.
But yeah otherwise that's pretty much perfect. 4 man bradley is underused and is virtually immune to infantry. Has insane killing power and the ability to drive right in to the middle of fights in the way tanks or whatever never can.

I've gotten three quad kills with mines that I can remember and they're EPIC. That is an awesome Bradley loadout Mateo, about the only way to stop that thing is hoping they run over an AT mine or having someone toss some smoke up around it so you can sneak up and C4 it or something. The only time I'll roll in a four person Bradley loadout is when I'm with friends/clanmates on Teamspeak. Otherwise it just feels like we're asking for a quad kill.

I've gotten loads of triple and quad kills with mines. They're extremely satisfying. I agree with the 4 person Bradley statement. Only with clan mates or known squad mates will I roll a fully stocked Bradley. When a Bradley is spitting shells from the top, the gun, and both sides it can be so incredible in the right hands.

Reload is outclassed by Warhead. You don't need to fire twice if they are dead. Not some much true, the massive difference in reloading times for the UAV Hellfire strike is demonic. 16 seconds instead of 25 seconds to load up your next missle is the stuff of legends and will cause more destruction than using Warhead. One question I have though is this; will Electronic Warfare work in a helicopter 100 feet in the air?

One question I have though is this; will Electronic Warfare work in a helicopter 100 feet in the air? Yes! It's handy for doing sweeps over a flag to let your buddies on the ground know where everyone's hiding. It works with the UAV too, so if you can sneak it around it can function as a flying motion mine.
