2. Guns with rifle bullet (medium and large penetration guns) will go through multiple players and not have any damage reduction and get the highest multiplier on each player only. 3. Guns without rifle bullet (small penetration) will be able to affect only the first player it contacts on each bullet and receive the highest multiplier that it hits on that player. Actually, riflebullet is not the same thing as penetration type. Again, the example is the MP40, which has small penetration type, but still has riflebullet. Sorry I only play COD4 so my information is somewhat lacking, but in COD4 all guns with large and medium penetration have rifle bullet considering they are rifles (excluding the DEagle which shoots a .357 magnum) am I correct here? and Den do you have an answer to my question 3 posts up?

I would think the multiple pellets that you get from each shot would act as the "rifle bullet"

But do individual pellets pass through targets?

Is a sniper with Deep Impact worth it??? It seems like it would still be a multiple-hit-kill with or without DI.
I swear that without DI sheet metal decreases my damage enough that it isn't an OSK, but with DI I can OSK through said sheet metal.

I never bother with DI on my sniper, so I can't say if there are any instances where you can still get a 1hk through cover. I just know it's easier to just take that second shot without hesitating, since you'll likely have to take it whether you have DI or not.

A sniper with DI means you can two or three shot people through thick walls instead of 10 shotting them. Basically. Or if somebody is already damaged you will be way more likely to get the one shot.

On this subject, I found a small chart a long while ago, part of which I uploaded here, but I don't know what of this is true and what's not - this small is especially useful as it also has a theory on how Deep Impact influences penetration, too. So, can you look over it?
