I was playing on Downfall this morning, and I was using my Anti-Tank class, (Flak Jacket, Satchels, MG42 w/ Bipod, Extreme Conditioning), and whenever I was in a tank, I noticed take it took a considerably much more shots from other tanks to kill me. What I'm trying to say, is that does Flak Jacket reduce the amount of damage to your tank from other tanks / explosives? Thanks

I can't answer that for you, best way is to test, might give it a go myself tomorrow in a private game. What I replied to say was, your tank class is bad Fireworks, 2 primarys, stickys and ptrs. 2 stickys on back and 4 bullets in back will kill the tank - easier way IMO.

Yeah, I definitely don't have the best tank class. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that there is a difference from when you're in a tank with flak jacket than without it...

You're probably right, I'll test it out soon.

Yes, but not if the shell hits you directly (a la direct impact).

It was pretty interesting how I first found it. Anyway, I'd only use flak jacket whenever I'm in a tank if it's true.
