about Riflebullet and ADS shooting

Hi there guys (and Den, really cool bro ). Some questions

1) About "Riflebullet" setting. I know it's possible to kill more then one guy, so bullet can goes throught some characters. Max killing on CB was tripple kill with m40. Can it's possible to kill 4 or more ? As I think, damage don't loosed , so it's possible...

2)ok, let's see m40 again. m40 have stand spread 10-15 (HIP) and 0 spread (ADS). and ADStransInTime is 0.4. Now my question. When I'm shoot in this period (0-0.4), when m40 didn't in ADS, my spread was for HIP or for ADS ?

You're English is quite hard to understand but I can definitely help.

1) It is possible to kill more 4 or more guys.

2) I'm not sure.

2) You can see the crosshairs focus as it goes to ADS. If you fire before the weapon is sighted, there will be spread inaccuracy.
The instant the sniper scope appears is when it will have ADS accuracy.
