All guns that appear to have no idle have an idle value of 2. Pistols and the G36c have an idle value of 28 and receive bonuses when crouching or prone. The AK-47, AK-74u, M4, and snipers (except R700) have idle values of 40. The AKs receive bonuses when crouching or prone and do not sway as quickly. I don't know about ACOGs, but I do know that the G36c doesn't idle as much with ACOG as other guns do, and the M60 ACOG idles less when crouched (and maybe prone).

G36c's sway amount & speed will reduce to 75% its original value when crouching and 40% when proning.

AK-47 will only benefit from proning (does not apply to ACOG). And the percentage of sway reduction is the same as G36c -- reduce to 40% the original value.
