Laser sight shows where your bullet will land, AKA bullet drop, when ADS'd. God tier attachment right there. I don't think this has been confirmed... in fact, I am pretty sure that laser sight is not predictive at all. Though I have noticed that it is always lower than the sights. Tested it against a wall at distance (single shot, using the top of the wall for my scope crosshairs and the laser dot was lower than the sight), excluding spread, every shot landed approximately where the laser was pointing.

But at what distances? I'm nearly 100% sure this isn't true for really long shots, like 200-300m+

Yeah, the laser is linear, it goes in a straight line and bullet drop is exponential. I don't see how this could possibly work. Will have to conduct some testing of my own.

Well with the MP7, the bullet drop is pretty severe...but the laser sight aims lower than whatever scope you're using shows. If you shoot, it'll land there.
