Is the reason that the ROF cap in COD4 is 1200RPM because of the locked FPS at 60? So then in theory if my FPS was 100 on the PC version I could get a higher ROF?

PS: How long does it take for each gun to go to ADS shooting from the hip?

Firetime is set at 0.05 (1200 rpm). You can't make any of those guns fire faster than that.

If my memory serves me right, I think Den had posted the trans in/out time of all the weapons in another thread. Can't remember which one though.
