Hi guys, I was just wondering if the g18 and its suppressed sister were different apart from not being as noisy. Or is it actually a suppressed, kick reduced, hip-fire spray increased version of the g18?
Thanks for any information you can find

very good question bro
maybe it even gives a small accuracy bonus for ADS... and decreases velocity.

I use the suppressed version as I value the quiet approach. The G18 is next to useless at any range anyway so it seems the bullet damage falloff wouldn't be that significant.

I think that the question of whether or not supressors lower damage is answered by the pistols. Silenced versions of them are pretty much the same as unsilenced versions, except for the details which were discussed above.

Yeah, I'm curious to know.
I use the G18 unsuppressed because the hipfire is 100% of why I use that gun and I don't want to run the risk of gimping myself.

The G18 SP might have the penalties of using a silencer. If you use a G17C and you turn off the laser sight, you can see the hip fire spread widen.

Oh really? My bad, I never actually checked it out myself. Just heard someone say that was true and I took their word for it.

hipfire on G17c on pc changes with the laser sight, consoles must be different
