Hello,
from looking at den's chart, it appears that the QBU and SVD have no "positive" values compared to the MK11 and M39. overall, the mk11 has the fastest reload time, while the m39 has the fastest bullet speed.
Might as well throw the SKS in the mix as well.
which semi-auto sniper comes out on top (statistically speaking)?

you pretty much got it covered. the differences between them are miniscule. i'd just pick the one that looks and sounds nicest.

SKS doubles as a noise maker. Suppressing guys big time.

The QBU-88 gets a flash suppressor, the SKS also gets one but the other 10 - round semi's do not. This at least gives the QBU some purpose.

personally i like the sks a lot, slap a silencer, grip and holo on it and you are short/midrange king. the 20 round mag gives you an astonishing 10 kills per mag in Touch Football at long range, 5 in core (theoreticly). i've got to add that i'm not a sniper-kind-of-player.
edit: i never realised until now that touch football is automatically substituted, i always thought it was some kind of unspoken rule not to call low-health mode by it's marketing name.

well, the QBU does have consistent recoil that will always go right no matter what, but it is stronger to the right, anyways the differences are so small, you should just choose based upon aesthetics

MK11 for reloads: good for a mix between sniping and getting closer to the action. M39 for bullet speed: good for primarily ranged combat. 88 for flash suppressor: good for more stealthy play. SKS for fire rate: good for close to medium range marksman. SVD for aesthetics: because who doesn't like AK-style weaponry?

Nah man, that M39 is waaay to big. It looks pretty awesome in first person, but it looks like you're holding a tactical club in third person MK.11 with a holo, suppressor and a laser sight along with black spec ops camo is the sexy combo

Hilarious combo for M39 is Holo + Bipod + Silencer. Gigantic gun, itty bitty sight.
