Ok, so everyone is all confused at the possibly new bullet damage of 35.
To Test this bullet damage put on stopping power, move back to an apporpriate range and fire TWO shots at the target, then throw 2 stuns and see if the target dies...
(35+35)140%=98 damage plus two stuns which do 1 damage each
I am assuming that stuns still do 1 damage from Cod 4
