Also I think centerspeed effects it, aside from whatever bug is causing that. Edit; Yep, did another test and centerspeed definitely effects manual recoil compensation,

I really cant understand what is wrong, and what u want. Here pastebin.com/HK6Cxh9xis approximate algorithm. Learn it, and tell me where my fault is.

I have no idea what any of that means.. so..
Manual recoil compensation is a person pulling down on the analog stick [or another direction] usually at a semi-consistent speed. This would not be effected by centerspeed, nor is it related to recoil. If you looked at the ground, your algorithm would pull your sights back up.
On the first image, I dont even know. Since recoil compensation is a constant pull, I dont have any idea how it moved once and never again.
If I read your code properly it all, it looks like my initial assumptions of you using recoil as a set movement rather than a velocity is also true.

I assume kick and recovery as instant movements, with no velocity at all. Do you have any info about velocity of sight movement? If so, I'll consider it. About recovery and compensation. I got ur thought finally. I even did'nt regard this thing as so important But ok, I will fix it.

Kick is a velocity - not an instant movement, and centerspeed is an acceleration on that velocity.
