Hello.
Simple question really. Do some (or all) of the bolt action rifles have chest/stomach multipliers? I am aware that the weapon stats page says they do not, but I am always seeing clips of people going rambo with an M40 and getting a string of kills without headshots, not in HC ofc.
Thanks.
You are my bro, bro.

They do. If you hit in the upper chest (so not the belly) you get 1,25x the damage which makes for a kill at close range On a different note, all snipers get this extra upper chest damage, even the SKS and it means aiming at the chest at long range does more damage

I was looking on Symthic's charts, and I think it said the M98 only gets a 1.06 multiplier. Then again, it also has higher normal damage last time I checked.

Ah righty, thanks for the help guys. Would also explain why I get very odd assist numbers (eg 44) with my sks. Clears that up. Ta
