I played 30 days worth of CoD4, and obviously the G3 was the BOMB. But with MW2, the UMP is the BOMB!
So what's OUR motivation to use anything other than the UMP (which deals a minimum of 35dmg) and Marathon Pro (1st perk) and Lightweight Pro (2nd perk) and Ninja Pro (3rd perk)? And the 0.44 Magnum as a secondary?!
Take note that players in HC mode have 30 HP!
With the set-up above any HC player is going to be AMBUSHED, AND OR KILLED INSTANTLY!

lol, the UMP on hc is OP.
that why i hate 30 hc, it is very unbalanced. the game is balanced and mean to be play on core.
i don;t even know why they call this HARD core...it is actualy more easy than core. even if you suck you can take a MG doing 30-30 and spray at somethings across the map, for sure one of the 10 or so bullet will hit and OHK.
Some poeple say " meh core suck it is too long to kill poeple! meh, BS. most gun can kill in under 0.25 sec withous problem, not including the actualy OHK weapon. -_-

GJ on failing!!! There are plenty of other good HC guns. The SCAR, TAR, FAL, M240, silenced WA2000, and Magnum are also all money. The UMP's biggest advantages are the hip-fire accuracy and the full movespeed while ADS... but the SCAR/TAR/FAL can all pack on a heartbeat sensor, the WA2000 has that scope, and the M240 has that OBSCENE RoF, which is deadly with its 1hk capabilities. You're definitely best off with one of those. |

I use the SCAR, M21, and M93R almost exclusively in Hardcore (all silenced).

so is the M93R a one hit kill on big range to?
(so is it 40-30 or 40-20) Ive heard both in charts on this forums...

It is clearly 40-30. I have used it a TON in Hardcore and watched many slo-mo game winning kills with it.
