I was wondering if anyone could get the ranges on bows and arrows, and on spell distances. I.E. I cast a spark spell, how far out am i doing damage?

There is no real world equal measurement, so the Creation Kit wiki has a diagramRoughly, 60000 units is 2800 feet. Arrows (at maximum pull strength) have a speed of 3600 and can travel a range of 60000 units. They fall at 0.35x the rate of most other physics objects during their flight path.

Thank you, does this also apply to magic?

Flames, Frostbite, Sparks and Absorption have a range of 768. They all fire a projectile within their stream every 0.1500 seconds (Flames for whatever reason, 0.1750 seconds). The expert "Wall Of" spells leave behind areas of flame/frost/shock that have a radius of 384 where they're placed.
Fireball, Fire Bolt and Ice Bolt (as well as most other projectile magic) have a speed of 2500 and can travel 10000 units.
Frost Storm is a Cone Type that spreads out in a 10° radius (or diameter, i dunno) around your point of aim when you launch it. The projectile has a speed of 512 and a range of 2048. When Dual-Casting Frost Storm, it's Cone Spread increases to 20°, though speed becomes 400 and range 1600.
The Lightning Bolt is a Beam Type that has a speed of 20000 and a range of 3000. The Chain Lightning version has a range of 4000 and its consecutive chain reaches out to 1024.
Strangely, the Conjuration and Rune Trap spells use a different method of measuring. You can conjure creatures within a 50 foot radius of your position. Runes at 20 feet.
