anyone able to do some testing, or know these answers?
How much weight (by %) does the riot shield actually put on? also does it affect movement speeds i.e. turning, looking around
and if i put lightweight as a perk does that bring everything back to normal speed/movement or is it more or less than normal?
You are my bro, bro.

its sort of normal, its between an assault rifle and LMG however, I noticed when I use my knife class (with M9 + tac knife, marathon, lightweight, and commando) and picked up the shield, nothing changed, I could move as fast as my knife class and have the benefits of the shield, I even dropped my m9, and had the crazy commando/tact knife benefits of leaping forward and quick melee.

IIRC it makes you move at 80% normal speed compared to an LMG's 87,5%.
