At long range SP + 1 headshot turns the mags into a 2 shot kill, though if you're going akimbo range could be a problem.
Lower damage handguns at long range with SP will be 3 shots even with headshots. With SP a mag would also headshot for 98. Still a 2 hit kill, but if they have even been grazed by falling damage or an explosion or anything they'll drop.
Still though, for going akimbo probably not needing SP is the main thing.

raffica is my favorite machine pistol because its switching speed is almost as quick as the normal pistols and is quick enough when I get a hit marker while sniping to fast swap and finish the kill

Magnums in Touch Football is a one shot any range and USP/M9 isn't. Magnums also got better hipfire to compensate for the lack of ammo.

The range isn't really relevant when you're Akimbo, but the hip-fire is. If you're running SP, then akimbo M9s will give you bigger clips while akimbo Mags will give you better accuracy. If you're not running SP, then Mags just dominate.
