With stopping power: Close range it would be 2 hit kill instead of 3 40*1,4=56 (112) but will it still be 3 hit kill at long range? 35*1,4=49 2x49= 98 98 damage. Has anyone tested that is UMP's 40-35 dmg actually accurate? Damit it should be atleast 36 damage minum so it would work. Would be so great to kill with 2hit no matter what distance an enemy is. Or will it be 2 hit kill sometimes or always 3hit? How about FMJ, it doesnt add any damage, even 2 right?

The stats are right. Best off using it without Stopping Power, and enjoying the fact that it's never more than a 3-hit kill.

That reminds me, Den posted a rough chart (http://img42.imageshack.us/img42/7389/45562722.swf) and I was particularly interested that the Model 1887s had 35-35 damage.

I hate LMGs. I like to run fast and jump around that fast nobody can hit me . Thats why I use almost always SMGs.

And that's why the UMP cannot 2HK at any range, it's not an LMG. Frankly you're lucky it has 35, it would have been 30 before. Likely they intended to nerf SP a bit intentionally, making it so that not every weapon went down 1 hit at every range with SP.
SP on the UMP will still extend then 2HK range. In fact since it pushes the long range damage to just nearly 50 it should actually extend the 2HK range to just under the range where it drops to low damage, which is significantly further than SP pushes the range for the MP5 since it's long range damage is just 20 instead of 35.
So it's not totally useless, but still. Probably better off with an AR if you're fighting at that range. You can drop a silencer on it without losing too much range and SP on that if you want some of the range back.
Headshots could also get you 2HKs at long range. Good luck with that.
