I have experimentally measured the Care Package Grenade Movement Factor to be a compounded 20% Faster over whatever your movement speed would normally be
Example Calcuations:
SMG Run = 100%
SMG Run with Care Package Grenade = 120%
SMG LW Run = 110%
SMG LW Run with Care Package Grenade = 132%
SMG Sprint = 150%
SMG Sprint with Care Package Grenade = 180%
SMG LW Sprint = 165%
SMG LW Sprint with Care Package Grenade = 198%
Details of Testing:
* I used a PS3 in split screen mode on DERAIL.
* The actual average calcuation was 19.2% but I figure it is really an integer so I rounded it up to 20%. YMMV!
* My test runner ran straight on the railroad tracks the same distance each time from the walkway bridge to the wall. Slowest time was 10.58 seconds for this course, 5.32 seconds was fastest. (P90 run vs. P90 sprint with LW and CP grenade)
* Only tested moving directly forward, no side or back
* Used stopwatch to time
* Runner was moving across start line to start clock and ran ran into wall to "stop" clock. Otherwise I seemed to get systemic bias relating to the time required for the runner to ACCELERATE that was worse for the faster runs.
* Used Marathon on every class tested so it wouldn't stop sprinting.
For each of these classes:
* P90 Marathon & SP
* P90 Marathon & Lightweight
* M4A1 Marathon & Lightweight
I ran these test runs:
*Run
*Sprint
*Run w/ CP grenade
*Sprint w/ CP grenade
So 12 tests, and I took ~3 times for each test and averaged them.
From analysis of this same data:
* the M4 vs P90 relative movement rates calculated at: .941 (AR) to 1.0 (SMG) (I assume this is 0.9% error and that the actual figure is .95 to 1.0)
* The Lightweight factor between the P90 SP class and P90 LW class was calculated to be 11%. I was expecting 7% or 10%. So it looks like for split screen PS3 lightweight still gives you 10%; I think I read it recently changed to 7%.
