This is a thread about whether or not the pave low counts towards your killstreak.
First off I'm completely aware that under normal circumstances the pave low glitches and doesnt count towards your killstreak.
But here Is why im making this thread.
Today I was trying to get my nuke. I played quite a few games and fell short once or twice. I had heard that the pavelow glitch was patched in 1.07, so I set my killstreaks to pavelow, chopper gunner and nuclear strike.
The second game i played I camped quite hard with my silenced m16. I got to 9, found a good hiding spot and waited for my pave low to do it's thing. 2 kills later i find an apache in my inventory. Im quite anxious at this point. MY pavelow buzzes around the map and brings me up to about a 17 ks. I would love to tell you guys that I got a nuke, but the game ended about 3 seconds after I opened my laptop.
Before 1.07 I had heard there was a trick where if you got a kill before the pavelow got into the it would count towards your ks. I called in my pavelow this time, and by fluke i get a kill before it does. I again wait impatiently for my chopper gunner. MY pavelow gets about 4 kills before being blown to pieces, and I have no chopper gunner.
The third scenario happened to me two minutes ago. I abused my teamates uavs, camped a litte found some good spots, and with a little luck got another sikorsky flying tank. I call it in again, find a good spot and wait. This time it gives me nothing. I was mad, but it didnt really matter as the game ended 30 seconds after my pavelow gets in the map.
On the first one, and the third the only difference was a team called a pavelow in before me, and mine flew in after it.
TL;DR: THE PAVELOW ONLY COUNTS TOWARDS YOUR KILLSTREAK IF IT IS CALLED IN AFTER A TEAMMATE OR ENEMY GETS ONE. IF IT'S NOT THAT THE PAVELOW HAS A DO WHATEVER THE Foxtrot I FEEL LIKE ATTITUDE.
