Why did they break the mini map? The arrows aren't even close to acurately depicting where the enemies are. For example, you'll see an arrow, which in previous games would mean the guy is 10 feet from you, and in this game the guy might be 4ft or 400ft away. It's semi useless.
The game is pretty bad right now. Wonder how long it's going to take DICE to get their shit together.
The unlock system...is it going to take 5000 kills to unlock all the attachments per gun?
I've been playing on PC and have been crash free most of the time. My main problems with BF4 is that beyond-terrible server-client synchronization. All the other stuff has been pretty good so far on me (in terms of bugs, weapon balance and stuff) But yeah, clearly was a rushed release regardless of platform.
Yeah, I see what they are doing now. You'll earn a "battlepack" for you gun and it will give you 2 or 3 attachments, so that speeds it up. I hadnt looked it up obviously.
The game is crashing constantly. In the middle of games and in between games. The sound is also crashing. You lose all sound except for inside a 4ft radius of yourself. So you hear your own footsteps and gun shots and thats it. Oh and the enemy feet right before they stab you in the back.
They aren't offering any midsize (50 - 32) Conquest games. The only 32 player game is Rush, which doesnt play very well on these maps, IMO. The game is so bias to the attackers its ridiculous. With all these maps based around water and boats, its even worse.
The 64 player games are great, but they lag to all hell. Constant rubber banding, like with every step, pause, yank, pause, yank. Its awful.
I am going to take a break until they finish their alpha phase, maybe I'll come back towards the end of the beta. JESUS!!!!!!!!
