I just started using the MG4, and I've noticed (or I think I've noticed) some weapon sway on this gun. I thought the AK47 was the only gun that swayed, other than snipers. Am I seeing things, or is there really sway on this gun? and do we have a list of all the guns that have some sort of sway?

You're seeing things, literally.
That's just the weapon's animation. There is no idle movement.
You can see the same thing on the FAL's rear sight constantly shifting downwards - when equipped with an ACOG, the point pulls down away from the center of the screen, but the shot will stay at the center.

The only guns in the entire game that actually sway are Snipers and the AK-47 (but only if you add attachments, a stock AK-47 doesn't sway). |

The M16 does not sway, the aim is true, it's just an animation.
