That's a solid site, as they actually acknowledge that *gasp* not everyone *shock* is running full classified setups *peed myself* I'm going to go for this one, as I think I have most of the armour for it: division-builds.com/build/45-beginner-tacticianI might..... might... be able to pull this one off too: division-builds.com/build/56-beginner-strikerI'd check it at work right now... if tehre was a 3rd party app that would allow me. sigh... you'd think Ubisoft, a company built on money and the acquisition of a variety of world currencies, would allow me to pay them for an app that would allow this to happen

I find making little paper cards of every piece of gear, weapons and mods I have works great. I carry them all in my wallet, and whenever I get a chance, I pull 'em out like I'm playing solitaire.

The striker set is decent, you could run sentry in the nomad slots. Both 4 pc. tac and striker rely on building stacks with consecutive hits on enemies to be their best. Choose weapons that you can consistently land shots with. shotguns are great for this, as are anything with good stability. And yeah, most players aren't running all 6 pieces, just the grindiest of the grinders.

Only full Classified sets I have are Tactician's, Alpha Bridge and Hunter's Faith. Nothing to write home about.

Nomad and Striker are top-tier, AB is fun, but lesser than those. 6pc. Lone Star is hilarious with the right LMGs. 6pc. Tac is too fiddly, but ensures you are completely at the skill power soft cap. I run 3 tac/3 fc to great effect. Running Talented and Determined on weapons and Tech Support work wonders. 6pc. Reclaimer set up correctly is the most useful set in PvE, Nomad/Striker/Pred in PvP.
I'm stuck on 5 piece with Sentry, Pred, and Firecrest,I dismantle the other classy pieces.

Didn’t know nomad was considered top tier. I’ll have a look in my stash. The 4 piece tac + Barrett’s and Inventive pack is doing me proud at the moment. Even managed a legendary run (with some care) last night. Reward was bollocks but still, I’ll stick with it until the next event when I’ll be grinding for a 6 piece striker.

Here's my debate.... do I reroll tf out of it, and get it where I like... Or do I grind tf out of the GE... which I will... to get the classfied versions of the reclaimer set? I know there's RNG involved, and it's resources that I'll get back... but I don't know about it that much yet. Also, since there's no skill benefit going past 4... should I use the 4 with the most technical skills in the reclaimer set, then use 2 others of a different set? So long as those in the set boost by stats appropriately (technicals instead of firearms, for example)

Skill power and skill haste wherever possible. Don't count on obtaining classified replacements, roll the stuff you have. Optimizing on the very best stuff, mainly classified, or god rolled weps.

Great ex-mag at the Grindhouse this week and a god-rolled M700 Carbon at the Meat Locker.

I'm after an M700 Carbon with Balanced, Meticulous and Disciplined for my Hunter's Faith build. The grind is real. Obviously I'll have to roll the free perk for one of the three perks mentioned earlier.

The one on offer this week is deadly, prepared, and elevated.Elevated works shooting up or down. One could roll destructive for deadly, this would be god tier for deadeye pve. This particular gun only needs one optimization to be at max.

Never got along with DeadEye last time I tried it. I'd probably use Sentry's Call for a sniper build if I'm not using Hunter's Faith. Edit: This is pretty much what I'm using for my guide.

Well.... rerolling armour is not hard or expensive as weapons is Managed to reroll most/all of my reclaimer gear from stamina to electronics... it know it's nothing to scream about but I think I went from a reclaimer build of 4.5k, 4k, 5k, to something like 4.2k, 2k, 7.8 or maybe 8k electronics... I would go higher on electronics but 1) half of my guns would go skill-less as I need to go to 3875 for them, and 2) from what I've read, unless you're going full classified, there's some sort of soft cap? over 8k electronics? But I might be wrong on that... I just found that having that little extra power into firearms good to go. Dropped my AR because I found a LMG that reduced skill time, and I rerolled some perks on the armour out for skill cool downs and better LMG damage... just using that LMG helped but with the skill cooldowns, I definitely get my lunchbox back quicker. I joined a pug for the Power Plant daily, and things went well... 2 pure DPS striker/nomads.... 1 jack of all trades healer, and me, a dedicated healer... things went well and I was able to res the 2 Rambos regardless of where they were and things actually went smoothly until the valve room... we did 1 no sweat... then 2 went okay... but on the 3rd one... the 2 DPSers disco'd and the other guy and I just couldn't manage it within the time limit. Res and repeat 4 more times and we were able to release the valves each time... and I had no problem keeping us alive... but neither of us were DPSing hard enough to kill all the players and we just couldn't clear the room within the time limit. As much as the Rambo Twins were annoying me, there's something to be said about tanks being tanks and the other guy was group leader and couldnt/wouldn't change his privacy settings to open so we could get people to pop in. We gave it a go, but after the 4th failed times, we both saluted each other and went on our merry ways. Oh, and sorry for dropping group like that bradman... wife came home and it was time

Soft cap on skill power is around 450K, diminishing returns after that, same deal with electronics much above 9K.
So "it was time" when wife came home? You leave that headset ON agent.

So, is it worth making that jump to from 7.8/8k and sacrificing the DPS and weapons skills for 9k? I could see it in Incurison (or whatever that hunter/horde mode is called) but in pugging in hard/challenging mode?

I need a new MDR before I can raise my electronics above 7.1k. Been running Lexington for 5 hours solid over the past two nights. Nope.

But make plans to put together some weapons with Talented, Determined, and/or Competent. These only require high elec. and greatly enhance your capabilities.

Some good info for tacticians here; https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision/comments/7z4k5n/essential_guide_which_talents_proc_with_which/ I've recently gone to pulse turret with my 6pc. Reclaimer and Tactician builds...more killz=more skillz.
