the 'Heart of the Praxic Fire'.... I do not have that. In fact, didn't even know what it was until now, and I have never ever seen it sold anywhere in this game for a Warlock.
Is this available to buy now? Or only upgrade it, if you already have it.

Warlocks: you have been complaining about Xur offerings, but now hesitate to buy probably the best gauntlet in the game?!!!! Just buy it if you have the coins. You don't have to upgrade right away, you can worry about that when you get around to it. Because Obsidian Mind is best pony from what I have heard and you don't want to miss out on those by being short on currency. Not sure if non-DLC owners can equip the Obsidian Mind if they get it from the Cryptarch or from Nightfall. Xur still trolled Sunsingers by offering an upgrade to the Heart of the Praxic Fire having never sold it. I got mine upgraded but I can see this being tedious for those who do not have it. Sure. If you are short on coins, then shop wisely  In general, Helmet & Chest > Gauntlet. |

I got one food for thought out of this week's discussion, worthy some reflection.
I have been too focused on "XXX looks cool, I want it", but have not thought too much of the cost of upgrading it. If I don't have time to upgrade, then it is a piece sitting on the shelf waiting to be expired in 3 months.
"Patience" and "Time" has to become part of the consideration when it comes to item acquisition...

I have cashed in like 6,000 engrams and have never seen this piece. You will have seen this in the Crucible sooner or later if only by the squad picture of your team prior to the match starting. It has a cross/star design. |
