Hey Den, If I change my cg_fov to 80, will it affect the weapon's adsZoomFov?

ZoomFov is absolute, the field of view will always be what it is set to be. That is to say that the pistols "zoom in" from 80 to 65. While at the default 65, they do not "zoom" at all.
Important info: every time you die, your FOV resets to 65 due to the way they set up the projectile killcam (even if killcam isn't on). In order to best this flaw, I suggest binding the command to an active key action.
As in: /bind w "+forward; set cg_fov 80" So every time you respawn, just move forward, FOV will be changed back to 80, your movement isn't affected and you don't have to worry about it since the change is passive.
