Question on the Black Hammer gun

If you look at the online snapshots of the Crota 'Black Hammer', the next to last row, has an oracle disrupter bubble. See the picture down below. You can see it below the box.

My Black Hammer? It's not there. I'm already leveling up the last row now (two circles to go) and the Oracle Disrupter perk is not on the image when I look at my gun. But here's the thing. I saw it being leveled on the mission closing screen a number of times. It showed the progress when a mission ends...showing your stats and how you are doing on the gun's leveling.

Anyone else see this happen?

I'm talking this. Where's the Hive Disruptor?

Thing is, I saw it on the mission end screens, where they show you the progress on your meters. I watched the 'Hive Disruptor' meter go from like 1/4, to 1/2, to 95% completed while doing a bunch of bounties and missions. But it's never shown up on my screen, like below.

From what I've read, there was a glitch with Hive Disruptor affecting the White Nail perk ending in no free clip. I've also read that the same issue is happening with Word of Crota and its Phantom Gift perk (more free bullets). So for now they just removed it.

Oh ok. But I think it's still there. Again, when completing missions, I saw the 'Hive Disruptor' bubble progressing.

Beav is correct. I'm guessing the perk is hidden and forced off for the time being, but still benefits from the XP gain so when/if they fix the bug causing white nail not to proc correctly, you'll be able to buy/equip the perk immediately instead of having to level the gun up some more.
