Here is a list of points I stole from reddit:
Why introduce SBMM? Always been around. What's in AW is no different than the past. Goal is to provide well balanced competitive matches. The more you play, the better the system understands you and can match you. SBMM is secondary to user experience. Speed/connection first. After that, we do checks on skill. System tries to prevent new player being paired against a veteran. End based SBMM is much broader than people understand.
Question regarding timeliness of updates/patches: Fan feedback is important and listened to. Keep providing feedback. Game has been updated over a dozen times. The time it takes a studio to get a fix in place, is longer than what people understand. It can take 2-3 weeks for us to do something, and then get released. Huge drop coming next week regarding balance.
Do you think the risk you took with the Exo suit was good or do you think you should have gone back to the old style? It paid off. Resounding critical feedback was "Give us a new way to play" which was the design pillar from day 1. Preserve what was great about COD but give players a new way to play. Flexibility and freedom of movement is really strong. He feels like he might have a hard time going back.
Will the next map packs have more DLC guns and/or maps from previous CODS? Next DLC will have new ways to play, new exo abilities. Can't reveal much more yet.
Ghosts had 35 perks. Why didn't you do the perks like Ghosts? We looked at what we thought were franchise examples of best in class. Loved pick 10. Bringing scorestreaks into that was a strong move. We want perks to be strategic and meaningful. Reduced perks down to the core and meaningful choices since it sits within the pick 13 system. Degree of freedom within the system were the right choices. Each choice is meaningful to each other.

I won't lie...
I thought this would another version of that crazy laughing spanish guy with the high pitched squealing laugh that IW brought us a few weeks ago.
I'm disappointed

"Michael Condrey here, we here at SHG just wanted you to know that we have no clue what we're doing. Activision just threw a bunch of us together, called us a Dev team and had us barely help the shell of a company Infinity Ward. We never made a multiplayer game before, Activision just told us to copy paste some code and focus on Kevin Spacey. Exo suits? It was just some idea someone had years ago that we dusted off so it looked like we did something innovative. We were told that sales would be bad so hide how many people are playing and milk the Foxtrot out of the remaining player base so that 3arc can have 3 years to make their game. I mean really we're a bunch of ragtag devs thrown together just so MW3 would see the light of day. We're just filler as Activision scrambles to save what left of IW there is. In mean they had to get Neversoft to make up the loss." Granted I'd give him some respect if he did, but it's always been PR fluff

Cods community manager seems like an easy as shit job. They should hire me. Id be a great community Mousey. If that happens does this mean we'll finally get a PC version of CoD that's worth $60?

I like his answers regarding SBMM. I wish the community would get off that bandwagon, so we can focus on real issues.

I like his answers regarding SBMM. I wish the community would get off that bandwagon, so we can focus on real issues. Well, it might very well be an issue Will. Especially with connectivity. Condry said, "What's in AW is no different than the past." Ok. Here's the thing Will. The 'past' involved nightly numbers in the 200,000 to 400,000 people playing CoD range. Even CoD Ghosts still had around 50,000 late game last August/September. Now? On a platform like XB1? The numbers could be as low as 5,000 to 10,000. I think we are on safe ground saying this. SH is obviously hiding numbers, so that indirectly proves it. Furthermore, I can tell you from Clan Wars...that the lobby populations suck donkey balls. We will routinely run into the same clans/groups over and over in some game modes. That only happens when you have like under a couple hundred in a mode. So if things are 'no different'...then what we are looking at is a system that worked well under the pretense of many playing, but now, the code doesn't work well with few playing. This could be an explanation for why we see such wonky stuff in match making

Back when there were hundreds of thousands it was something to be proud of, now it is swept under the rug. SBMM makes the sample size smaller. I have no problem with SBMM in theory, but I just want a good connection that allows me to occasionally pubstomp and occasionally go against people that will pubstomp me.

I would have playlists that join and split based on player populations.
Search and Rescue and Search and Destroy are two separate playlists, but are similar game types. If not enough players are in one playlist, join the playlists until enough players join it.
Just roll like with like (ex. TDM with KC, any HC game type with any other HC game type). On very constrained platforms like PC, there would probably be only two or three playlists. (Practically, this already is true.) Taken to the extreme, the only playlist would be Mosh Pit, but this means that players would actually experience what every play list offers (and it would be hilarious when FFA came up).
This wouldn't be particularly useful at this time in AW's life, but would be useful for past games that are now less popular. For example, good luck playing Sabotage in an earlier Call of Duty.

The above is a real problem with Clan Wars. The makers of it, BeachHead Studios, haven't seemed to figure this out yet. They keep putting low population game modes into the wars, forcing clans to seek out victories there. We send squads into these game types, ...they end up sitting and finding no one. Or more typically, keep getting stuck in the same lobby, with the same opposing clan. If you just beat them...they will back out. Repeat. Last weekend, I saw this personally at least nine times. In one instance, an opposing clan backed out and came back in the lobby, like five straight times. That's A LOT of wasted time, time which we can't afford.

Beachhead gave PC clans the go ahead to play against themselves since there are so little of them.
I'm serious.
I didn't consider clan wars when I made my suggestion and it would actually break it since a clan could lose the ability to target specific game types. But if the game type is so underpopulated that that this is an issue, Beachhead should not be selecting it for a clan war.

BeachHead is surprisingly clueless about what is going on, in a game they are supposed to be running. I talk to them every week (Felix, Trey, etc..) and some of the stuff they do, just blows everyone's minds.

Honestly, there should only be 3 playlists:
Free for all Search and Destroy Mosh Pit of all other gametypes
I would do away with HC as well. Getting rid of it would be the only way to get my friends to play something else.
