Hi there. I'm thinking about getting a xim, but want to use my laptop's keyboard and mouse, so I would only need 1 usb port. Should I get the xim 3 or xim 4? And also do I need xim commander?

Denkirson is a forum for people who specialize in tracking down weapon stats for guns in Call of Duty. There's no guarantee that someone on this forum is tech savvy enough to answer your question, but I can say that there's probably several costumer reviews out there on the internet for whatever you're planning to buy. I'd recommend a few Google searches before diving in; someone out there probably has had a similar question.

I use a XIM, but XIM also has its own forums. If you ask there, they'll be more than happy to help you. Denkirson is a forum for people who specialize in tracking down weapon stats for guns in Call of Duty. xim op pls nerf

Get the xim4. To use the laptop keyboard and mouse will have some setup. You will need a belkin EZ transfer cable and run xim commander. The cable will plug into your laptop and the xim. Xim commander will lock your keyboard and mouse and use it for the game movements. A hotkey let's you switch back and forth. This or a mechanical switch is a godsend at reducing clutter in your gaming den. edit: and welcome to the overly complicated hybrid master race
