New Weapons added from 4/27 patch (Elite + DLCGun)!

PC got the update and I was looking at the fastfiles there's a few weapons that have new fastfiles which normally wouldn't. Opening their models show what they are, new variants!



Confirmed weapons for "Royalty":



Note: X -> Y (Y is the real weapon name, X is for the weapon code name not the actual variant name)



* AK12

* ASAW -> Ameli

* ASM1

* BAL-27

* HBRA3

* KF5

* LSAT -> Pytaek

* MORS

* RHINO -> S-12

* UTS19 -> Tac-19

* SAC3



Confirmed new weapons:

* DLCGun3 = M1 Irons

* DLCGun4 = Blunderbuss

* DLCGun5 = SAC3 (one handed, this makes no sense at all)

Model-Type: Will be a chrome finish exactly like the Royalty models.



Edit: The SAC3 variant will be the one-handed SAC3!



Edit 2: The new variants are wrapped in the Royalty Camo (purple, based off their material name i.e. sac3_royalty_purple, asm1_royalty_purple ).

Edit 4: SAC3 "Royalty" (onehanded) has a reddot attachment preinstalled (at least basing off the model name vm_sac3_reddot_royal).



Edit 5: Added more royalty weapons



Edit 6: ASM1 Royalty will have Extended-Mags preinstalled.



Edit 7: Based off Marvel4's analysis the variants are just reskinned versions of the top elite weapons, most likely will be true. Will know in a few days maybe.



Clarification:

It's unknown if the weapons are part of a supply drop or rank challenges or anything. Just that the "Royalty" (New Elite variants I'm calling) weapons are loaded. The DLCGun 3, 4, 5 is unknown if they are loaded at this point. Remember 3 = M1 Irons 4 = Blunderbuss 5 = SAC3 One handed (1.5)

I went on wikipedia and it says that it's an early form of a shotgun. It also says it could be a pistol. From the stats, the range looks too large for a pistol so is it an AR or something?

I thought it will be a LeMat Revolver. the image looks like one, the variants all sound like they are for a revolver, and I think the damage profile makes sense for a revolver

It's mag size is 24 according to Marvel's spreadsheet. It's also classified in the "Special Weapons" category for weapon challenges.

Yes, that's why I'm wondering how Will got a Blunderbuss out of a clear revolver shape. I mean it even has a sight post on it. Something lacking on Blunderbuss because you know, it's literally a hand cannon.

Well, there are full length blunderbusses and short length blunderbusses, the latter of which are more commonly called dragons and are the stereotypical pirate weapon.

The rifle length weapons are comparable to shotguns and, if so implemented, would be crazy cool.

It looks like the Irons will be comparable to previous Call of Duty revolvers. Given the LeMat's properties, this is regrettable. For those who don't know, it's a double barrel revolver with the upper barrel firing from a nine round cylinder. In the center of this cylinder is a single shotgun shell fired through the second barrel. It could be like the KF5 where the first round of a full reload has special properties, in this case firing the shot with subsequent rounds firing the bullets.

But, whatever. Not like Sledgehammer could balance such a weapon anyway.
