The Nightfall for this week, apparently isn't Sepik's Prime... but as House of Wolves comes out next week, let's so and deal with... The Will of Crota
The Nightfall modifiers are: Epic - Heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers. Nightfall - If all players die, your Fireteam is returned to Orbit. Arc Burn - Arc damage from any source is greatly increased. Lightswitch - Minions of the Darkness deal much more melee damage. Juggler - No ammo drops for your equipped weapon
The Modifer for the Weekly Heroic Strike are:
Heroic - Enemies appear in greater numbers and are more aggressive. Juggler - No ammo drops for your equipped weapon
************
Personally... and this sounds quite machochistic, but I'm kinda glad Juggler is back, as it is a welcome challenge.
any who... load up yer Fatebringer and yer Fangs of Ir Yut and yer Oversoul Edicts.... load up yer LDR's and yer Murmurs and yer arc dealing shotguns o' death... bring yer thunderlord and other arc heavies....
We'll have a good time.
As always, don't forget to get the bounty that lets you get 3 mote of light for killing 10 majors or ultras in a nightfall
And don't forget to come back and brag about what you earned this week!

I kinda screwed it up this past week; I decided to put my efforts into maxing out the Mytho and sorta put the Thunderlord off to the side. That being said, in my hopes of getting a good nightfall drop, I have 28 bounties sitting, waiting to drop into it... so I could put those bounties into Thunderlord right now and get it going for Omnigul. Polo's probable starting Nightfall lineup: Primary: Oversoul edictRationale: Arc damage? Check! Breaks through hive major walls? Check! Bonus damage to hive majors? Check! Matches the arc shields of the Fallen Majors shields? Check! Possible alternative: Fang of Ir Yut... because it is like a sniper rifle and does arc damage. Note: our of respect to our dear PSNBro TheHawkNY, I will not use the Hand cannon that shall not be named in his presence, until he gets one. And even still, I might not because Oversoul owns the $hit outta this nightfall Special: MurmurRationale: One of the biggest problems I have with this strike, is everything is going so well, and then, bang, those fuggin shanks come in and wreck $hit. So, I am using this primary for the solar part, and then maybe switching back to arc. Or I might leave it for Onigul's wizards that have solar shields. I do have a decent FWC solar shotgun that I could use too, but Murmur should get the job done. Heavy: Against All Odds (hard hitting, arc MG)Rationale: It's really the only arc heavy that I have that's maxed out and can wreck stuff up. As mentioned before, thunderlord is more of a thunder-squire/page right now. Polo's probable starting Weekly lineup: Because there's no burn, Icebreaker is coming out. Oversoul is still staying in despite no arc burn. And for heavy... either AAO or Hexen Vengeance Whatcha think?

Great loadout, but as you are not using an exotic in your nightfall setup, I would switch to icebreaker/P&T/plan C after the last shanks. Snipers are very useful in the last part, to take out the boomers, and not having an exotic equipped always feels like a missed oppertunity to me. If you have an invective (probably not with your dislike for destiny PvP ), I would start out with that, very useful against shanks.

Might pass on the Weekly Heroic given the lack of burns for this strike.

IB or Invective with the Oversoul and AAO. Or maybe just bring the 'Horn...it's all tuned up and ready.

(if only you had a bubblebro...) 1) when I dismantled it before, shotguns were horrible at the time. I've invested 20ish bounties into it and it's locked It's staying put. 2) who needs a bubblebro when you have The Bluegrass Goncher?
