gun falloff damage

im interested in advanced warfare specifically.. have all cods been the same way?

the ak12 rip does max damage (33) until 10.16 meters, after which it drops down to 28 until 40.64 meters, then 25 forever

am i correct about this medium damage range? it doesn't gradually fall off 1 damage point at a time as it reaches the minimum damage?

BO2 has that too. Idk about Ghosts but who cares because BO2 > AW > Ghosts

Only BO2 and AW have damage profiles that are like this right now, but I assume BO3 will use the same system. All other Call of Duty titles (Except for Call of Duty 1/Classic) have linear damage drop.
