Well, Brad and I did our jobs last night. Then after you took off Brad, the silent guy who joined us (JewMama or someone like that?) basically carried me through the last 3 missions of the game. I swear he could hear us because after you left, my wife felt like chatting so I had my mic off. He just loaded up the missions, then flew there, then got the job done.
Anywho, after he took care of the bosses, he took off, so I went north and cruised around in some boats... hella fun.
BTW, bradman.... have to go back to Montoyac... apparently the HTI aka "THIS is best sniper in the game" aka "the sniper with max damage, range, accuracy, but is slow as hell and loud even with a supressor" is there and since we have it open/unlocked to fast travel, it should be easy... it's in a base in a room marked "armouria"
EDIT: sheeeze.... even easier, we can get teh MK14. It's right up the road by the scope we got last night too. It's even easier as it's supposidly, literally, just sitting in a box in the wild Remember where I did the Uturn? Well... had I uturned right instead of left, we'd have it by now

Really loving this game so far.... so much variety and the AI is better than the beta by a country mile.
The only thing that is frustrating is that I can't stop looking for new weapons; just when I think I've found my bae, I get a new bae. I'm loving the MK17 but then I just read about a LMG that can equip a supressor which is what I'e been looking for the entire game.
The patch got a lot of things right.... I just thought the vehicle radios were muted, but it's all radios in the game... Bolivia is 100% PErico free! It's a lot easier to find and tag supplies for the rebels too (when you run by a scouted building, there's a green hovering icon and a glimmer too) , so that's a nice QoL change. You can still get stuck in crevasses but it's harder too, so unless you really screw up or try to get yourself stuck, it'll still happen

Some good looking stuff here; I especially found this interesting:
Members of Los Extranjeros come in four main types. Armoured are equipped with heavy bulletproof plates, making them especially dangerous in close combat. Elite Snipers have advanced movement detectors, allowing them to spot far away targets and never miss a shot. Jammers have jamming equipment in their backpack, letting them neutralise drones and interfere with electronic equipment. And the stealthy Covert Ops have a new prototype cloaking device that makes them almost invisible, plus a powerful crossbow.
So, Cabal Phalanx's, enemy AI with Allied AI sync shot precision, walking human drone jammers (interesting that they include electronic equipment... does that mean our Night/Thermal Vision?) and enemy that gets the benefits of camo but camo is irrelevant for us?
It's also surprising move to change the game in an almost sci-fi-sh sort of way... this unknown, ragtag faction that has tech more advanced than the US military sorta fits but sorta doesn't fit in this game... in this game, we're outnumbered a bajillion to 1, but we have perks and technology that makes us Gods amongst mosquitoes... and now we sorta lose that benefit.
I don't really hate it, but it is a swerve and thank F%%KING GOD they ditched the poor effort that was narco road

-Rebel skills now have separate cooldowns timers... nice change -Resource crates are now granted upon collection to every teammate in the player's zone... hallelujah -In stealth missions, players now have a short time to kill alerted enemies to avoid failing the mission... of course they do this AFTER I COMPLETED ALL THE MISSIONS IN THE GAME!!! Grrrrrrrr

So now that you guys have had a couple months on it, what do you think? Is there a reason to replay the content over and over? If I could round up say a 3 man group to play is it going to be pretty fun, is AI teammate gonna drive us nuts?
A group of three won't get AI help, unless you call in the rebels. You get an AI squad if you're playing solo. I don't think the game has the Skinner box effect going on, but the core gameplay is wacky fun, especially with friends. There's no real grindy aspects, as it isn't a loot shooter. It is 180 out from Rainbow 6 or the old GR games, not a lot of tension. New players can group up with veterans and still have fun.
