With D2 being so dumbed down and simplified,this seems ridiculous. As someone on the outside looking in, I would disagree. It actually looks a bit overwhelming to get into which is why I haven't done so. Well that and nobody likes the pvp and only does the pve and I already know I wouldn't like the pve enough for the amount of time D2 demands. |

Well if you utterly hate Crucible then the Trials gear you hire people to get might sound tempting, but most of it isn't worth getting. You can make an easier choice by finding a clan that has sweaty Crucible players in and see what the free engram gets you.

Yeah but the only Trials armour worth getting are the Hunter boots because they have recovery. It's not like the D2 Trials armour compares to the D1 set during House of Wolves.

Perhaps they will grant recovery if the bug is fixed while most other, if not all, Hunter boots have no recovery option as a base stat? Most of the armour is pretty bad. If only we had a transmog system that would let us use the aesthetics of our gear from D1. My Titan will be so happy not to have stupidly large gauntlets and I could use my Iron Companion with Cryptographic. So I'd be red and bronze like a Gladiator, perfect for the raid! |
