There are some interesting and somewhat hidden interactions between divisions and attachments that I don't think I've really seen mentioned elsewhere. I posted this on reddit and I figured I'd share it here too.
Some other weapons of note:

- Airborne Division REALLY improves hipfire. It basically halves the difference between your min and max spread (e.g. normal SMG hipfire 2 - 5 becomes 2 - 3.5, because the difference between 2 and 5 is 3 and half of that is 1.5).
- Since you'll typically be moving when hipfiring, this max spread is what matters the most. Everyone thinks Airborne sucks (and it kind of does) but this is an unlisted Division skill that does make the class more appealing and really fun to play.
- This also makes Airborne's built in Gung-Ho ability much better than the Gunslinger basic training.
- The Airborne Hipfire buff DOES stack with Steady Aim.
- The Airborne Hipfire buff DOES work with Duelist and Steady Aim. Duelist hard codes the hipfire for all pistols to 4 - 7 (Airborne: 4 - 5.5, Steady Aim: 2.6 - 4.55, Combined: 2.6 - 3.575)
- There are actually 2 Different programmed hipfire modifer values for the Steady Aim attachment, 0.65x for most SMGs - which already have good hipfire to start off with - and 0.45x for I think all other weapons (not thoroughly tested but seems generally correct).
- However, there are at least 3 SMGs that actually get the 0.45x multiplier: the Grease Gun, Type-100, and Sten.
- When combined with Airborne and Steady Aim, these SMGs get hipfire of 0.9 - 1.575 (!!), basically pocket EPM3s.
- My personal favorite: Sten + Airborne + Steady Aim + Rapid Fire is a hip fire monster (I like it with a silencer but there's a lot of options for the third attachment).
Some other weapons of note:
- The STG44 has min-max of 5 - 6, which makes its hip fire very consistent with Steady Aim (2.25 - 2.7). Airborne doesn't benefit this much though since the min and max values are so close to each other already, only improving to 5 - 5.5 (Steady Aim 2.25 - 2.475).
- The M1941 has a min-max 3 - 7. Steady Aim and Airborne benefit this gun immensely, the combined improvement bringing it to an extremely tight 1.35 - 2.25.
- The M1A1, M2 Carbine (!), and Type 5 all share this same max hipfire value when combined with Steady Aim + Airbone (2.25).
- For LMGs, the MG 15 (4 - 6) and the MG 81 (5 -7) both have much better hipfire than the rest of the class, the MG 15 especially. Combined with Airborne and Steady Aim, it brings them to 1.8 - 2.25 and 2.25 - 2.7 respectively, which are better than most rifles and in the MG 15's case, competes with all but the best SMGs.
