I have developed it:
Colossus suppressor 810mm barrel Tac Laser VLK Optic 30 round mags
Looking at truegamedata.com :
It ads’s in 467ms and has a vertical recoil reduction of 47%. Also looking at recoil plots on r/mwloadouts, it seems vertical recoil reduction is actually overall recoil reduction. Recoil stabilization just deals with horizontal bounce side-to-side rather than actual horizontal recoil.
Anyway I challenge any of you from create an Oden setup with:
1. Less than 500ms ads 2. Equal or better vertical reduction 3. 30 round mags 4. Suppressed (any suppressor) 5. An optic with >1x zoom (holo sights are 1.5x so they count)

I can't really stand the Oden personally (really tried to like it, but the recoil is just weird to me).
But on the recoil reduction vs stabilization: Let's assume recoil in MW is a combination of a static (mostly vertical) and a random component (in all directions). I think recoil control reduces the static recoil component. Stabilization reduces the random component.
I think the misconception on horizontal vs vertical in the community came from the fact that horizontal seems to have little static component and a lot of random component. So when you reduce the random component, you also reduce the horizontal component.
