They have no ADS animation.
Changing "AimDownSight" to 1 will only cause the launcher crosshair to disappear and FOV to zoom in just a bit. The weapon will stay in place.

Yes, but changing ADSIdleAnim looks stupid. Sights just get in the way of your shot.
