You guys have it right. The speed prof would only work on the Drag.
So in the proposed overkill class with Drag+Speed / FAD: .99 with Drag out b/c of speed prof .9 with FAD out
Further, let us propose you were running specialist and got the top 8 kill bonus. Since you already got speed on the drag you get no further bonus for it but you do get help for the FAD: .99 with Drag out .99 with FAD out
Here is another case with overkill. Say I unwisely combine a Drag with a LMG .88 with Drag out b/c of speed prof (take lower of 2 base movement * 1.1) .8 with LMG out
Does that make it clear?

You sure about that last bit, Fred? I was wondering if it would be 88 or 89%.

That's not what the first post in this thread suggests. Are you sure? As far as I know you always run with the lowest speed of your two weapons, speed proficiency only effects the weapon it is used on while it's in your hand. That would mean the FAD is always the slower weapon and your walking speed would be 0.9 regardless of what weapon you have in your hand.

I see what you are talking about on arcanine's original post: I do have a question of my own. Say if I'm running Overkill with FAD as primary, and Dragunov as secondary.. Assuming that they are both at 90% speed, IF I put speed profiency on Dragunov(which generally increases drag's movement speed from 90 to 99%) on this custom class set, would it be useless.. Since usually 2 weapons will use the slowest one(in this case, the FAD, even though without speed prof, Drag is equal in speed to FAD)? I'm assuming they will both run at 90% speed, and not counting Drag's Speed prof, right?I might have confused things with my comment. Anyway in his scenario, with FAD out = 90%. With Drag/Speed out = 99%. Does that clarify?

Wa thanks for the info here.
I didn't know that Stalker gave 100 walking speed when ADSing on ALL weapons.

Actually, I think it's 100% of the slowest weapon. So LMGs with Stalker will move at 80% speed.

Read whole thread and still unsure...
Riot Shield with Speed M60E4 with Speed Overkill class
Moves at 0.88 always, correct? Assume no Stalker and just walking, running -- just base movement question.
