BO2 Attachments/PerksThis is basically a collection of all the attachment and perk statistics we know. Everything is from these forums and patch notes so there's nothing new. Let me know if anything is wrong or missing.

Good work!
quickdraw handle really just reduces ads time by .1 seconds on all weapons. ARs become .15 from .25, SMGs become .1 from .2, LMG,s become .35 from .45. Just a tip.

For the FMJ, I'm certain it's a 100% damage increase (for LMG's at the very least). Takes me a full clip (100 bullets) to down a stealth chopper with my MK48. With FMJ it takes me half that, 50 bullets.

Great effort for putting the info together in one place. One comment on SF:
SWAT: Increases RPM from 459 to 937 M8A1: Increases RPM from 769 to 937
These can be a bit misleading. For burst weapons, IMHO the better way to look at RPM is to treat RPM within a burst and burst delay separately:

I've been thinking that the grip might actually change a recoil profile. Like if it's 80 up or something, the grip will make rolls higher than 50 just plain 50. Or maybe it changes the profile TO 50 plain and simple...

By what amount is unknown but I'd say it's fairly safe to say it's less than or equal to 100.

...they do stack.... 58% range drop is pretty freaking big. marvel said 42% Considering I thought it was 70%.... it's better. And on an LMG... it's an additional 5/10 bullets.... no biggie

WITH ghost equipped and WITHOUT stock attached to your primary
SMGs and Shotguns ARE visible to UAVs when ADS walking
ARs and pistols ARE NOT visible to UAVs when ADS walking

If your speed is under 50%, you show up.
Now go to the stat tables, and look at walk speeds. Is it under 50%? then you show up.
SO. any weapon, when not aiming, you go, at the minimum, at 90%. you do not show up.
assault rifles you're reduced to 40% Is that under 50? okay, so you show up.

Huge update with all of Marvel4's new stats.
Mainly center speed and idle sway numbers for all sights, grip, suppressor and rapid. More accurate stats for ex mags, fast mags, laser sight, long barrel and tac knife.
Edit: Just missing select fire values afaik.
