Marvel4 Can you add the burst delay to the OP as well? Before the nerf, you mentioned that the burst delay is 0.2s for all weapons (not in OP, but in a later post). They claim that the burst delay is nerfed as well, I am just curious to see what the new value is. EDIT: I read the patch note wrong. They did not nerf the burst delay, just the fire rate. Thanks!

From patch notes (RoF not only reduced for MSBS, but also for burst fire attachment):
Weapon Balancing
MSBS Range reduced.
MSBS no longer 2 shot kill to arms and lower legs (rewards accuracy).
Fire rate on MSBS and Burst Fire Attachment reduced.

MSBS w/ Automatic Fire previous Fire Time (not RoF) modifier was ×1.1? And now it's ×1.05, but from the new, reduced MSBS's Fire Time? Am I right or wrong [or clown]?
And multipliers: wait, MSBS w/ Automatic Fire has higher limbs' multiplier, while Semi-Automatic still has ×0,8 modifier? That's funny. Sir Mix-a-Lot – F the BS; Infinity Ward – F the MSBS.

Just to make sure: the patch only changed the firetimes in multiplayer, but not in extinction nor campaign; is it true?

The weapon data seems to be tied to the exctinction map itself, like treyarch's zombies, so any multiplayer weapon value update would have no effect on extinction. Unless of course they decided to update that as well.
As for single player I don't think they'll even touch it.

If only they received recoil reduction from crouching and prone. Would make up for their ROF.. Or at least the SVU-AS, so its actually usable with the burst.

Yeah, but Strikezone and Stonehaven have lulzy spawns that allow you to prone kill with ease. I've had 20-0 games on Stonehaven sleeping on that hill in Castle watching people spawn just on the left as they run out into a .338 or 7.62

Semi-Automatic: Range * 1.15 ..... great thank you. ------------- unfortunately on PC, where you hv to aim on your own completely and fight lag, this funny "burst delay" of 0.2 sec makes "AR + burst fire attachment" outgunned by the same "AR w/out this piece of masterpiece" .... and you pay for this! IW and 3acr try and try and fail. different firing mode attachments should be for free for every gun. increased dmg is balanced via burst delay so should not cost anything. the idea of "dedicated burst only gun" is a failure.
