Actually, there just shouldn't be supply drops. They add longevity to the game, but in reality they should be weapon skins/camos ONLY (and the character outfits too). They should not have done this random stat variant thing, especially when some of the variants clearly outpower the base models. This AR is already extremely viable because it has Scavenger built in. I hope it has poopy stats to balance it.

I really really doubt that "one tick" on their fake stat bars directly applies to "x" amount of difference in a real stat (or even "x" % for that matter), but rather each variant has it's own unique stats, and they just arbitrarily adjusted the fake stat bars in attempt to represent how it differs from the base model. This effectively makes it impossible to know how different the variant is off the fake stat bars alone; only individual testing of each weapon will be able to tell us the true story.
Or if Driftor increases his offer to Marvel to include 3 Thai hookers.

The animation doesn't mean anything. I was thinking exactly this after I read the reddit post. sprint out time + ADS time < ADS time That implies that the sprint out time is negative, which is impossible. Must be an animation bug. EDIT: Just tried it a bunch in the firing range, hammering the fire button while doing so. I'm having a hard time getting accurate results being a console pooper. Can any PC bros test this?

Currently engaged in a Youtube debate where someone is trying to tell me that the EM1 is overpowered because it does more damage per hit than the Bal. Today I learned that the EM1 is a two hit kill. No wonder it's so good. I thought some bros tested it to be a 13-hit kill after the patch? (20 before patch)

"Damage" can also refer to rate of fire, since a higher rate of fire = more damage over time. Ugh....
Example: EM1 has a higher "Damage" stat than the Assault Rifles.

The spawns are VERY controlled in Momentum. Any bros who are frustrated with spawns that haven't checked out this game mode really should - it is a thing of beauty. It doesn't solve the issue of being able to flank behind the enemy spawn in <10 seconds, but at least you know which way to face.

btw, just received: Lynx Snake Oil [Marksman (300 kills)]: (Handling +2, Fire Rate -1, Mobility -1) Thanks, updated that now. I also edited in some of everyone's discoveries about the variables. It really just seems like the variants are their own unique weapons, and SHG just randomly ticked up and down some of their imaginary "stats" to give people a representation of how it performs differently from the base model.

Just got the S12 Whirlwind last night. Holy crap, it's almost the MW2 AA12! I think it might actually be worthy of being a primary weapon. It's definitely fun to use. Let's not get carried away here I have that variant as well. The +2 magazine size is nice, it's actually able to get 1 kill before reloading now!

There is almost no cam ping in Hard core in this iteration of COD because of the exo movements. The key to survival is to keep on moving. If you stop moving and try to camp, you'll die within seconds. I prefer playing on Hard core for a few reasons, one of them being the lower health (when I shoot you, I want you to be dead. I don't want to empty half my magazine or have you run around a corner and live). Another big one is that no radar really changes the way the game is played, and opens up your create-a-class options a lot (for example, Blast Suppressor is no longer a necessary perk, I just limit my boosting when a UAV is up or shoot it down). It really has absolutely nothing to do with thinking "I am better than core players", I don't know where you got that idea. I'm a terrible, below-average player, and I find that I am able to actually have much more success in the Hard core playlists. My aim sucks and I have a hard time tracking my target with a stream of bullets hoping to connect 6 of them for a kill. Higher health increases the skill gap, lower health decreases it. I've played tdm, its terrible. Snoozefest. KC is a cluster Foxtrot when you try to do anything other than play BAL of Duty. You die too fast and get shot from everywhere. Try sniping in it? LOL, try shotguns and get outclassed by smgs and ARS....try using spike drones or other things...Doesn't work... HC is too limited for me...on every other game I could actually play with a sniper rifle in HC....MSR with a suppressor was a beast in MW3....also had automatics and an MK that killed in one Shot IIRC... ballista with suppressor was good in Blops3....dragonov with silencer was an assault rifle in Blops2.... Touch Football is great if you want to only play Bal of Duty. And you hear HC gamer on the mic all the time talking about how core is unrealistic, for noobs with no skill etc....Its a joke, the exact opposite is true to be honest... So if you like Bal of duty and 4 limited game modes you play hard core...I will grant playing without a HUD can be a fun change but this game is not built for stealth. The lack of sound-whoring (Aside from the blast noises) attests to that... ... I never touch TDM, so I guess that is why my experience is vastly different from yours. Also, I am always in a full party of 6 and we talk in XBLive partychat, so I can't comment on the public microphones you are speaking of. But I don't know why you keep saying Bal of Duty. Yes, that gun is great in core gamemodes, but it's not that good in hard core. It has a much shorter 1HK range than the AK and the HBR. Every gun kills in 2 hits at the furthest range, so it really limits the ability for a gun to be "overpowered". I'd use an SMG over the Bal in HC any day, since I'm sacrificing my 1HK range anyways I might as well get some good run speed out of it.

Camp trash-mode, I'll pass. I'd rather play classic without exo-boosts...And this from a guy who has played a lot o HC since MW2.... I can see where the idea comes from....I get supply drops all the time right after I die....not sure why... They are time-based, every 45 minutes of gameplay = a supply drop. Of course, this time gets slightly changed by the "rapid supply" timers. But it will not give you the crate until your next "action", whether that be a kill or a death, after that 45 minute timer. The timer continues to tick after that first 45 minutes though, so if you go 1.5 hours without dying or killing, then die, you will be given 2 crates on that death. Michael Condrey is my new favorite developer. TmarTn is a cancer.

thestrategist - how come one match I face a 10th prestige clan all with a K/D above 2.0, and then the very next match I face a full squad of guys under level 20 with K/Ds below 1? I guess my 5 deaths in that first match counts as me "reverse boosting"?
Your testing is dumb. You enter a lobby and then back out and rejoin into the same lobby - that is because there is an open spot in that lobby, and it is the best connection for you. Then you reverse boost for 10 minutes and voila - you connect to a different lobby. That is because time has passed, and that previous lobby is now filled and new ones have opened up. You are giving me ebola with these posts.
Go back to Youtube comments where you belong.
Youtube comments tell me that shotguns and the EM1 are overpowered.

Why not just give everyone two primaries? Then you don't have to balance secondaries. because they can be interesting if there was some actual effort put into it Rather than having secondaries, just have a primary weapon class of fast swapping weapons. A fast swap sniper, a fast swap shotgun, etc. only if theyre all of adorably smaller sizes RW1 = sniper Executioner = shotgun both adorable.

Play hectic objective-gametypes like Momentum or Hardpoint, where multiple enemies will be piled up in the same location (hopefully), then you can try to line up collaterals, or get two quick kills in a row. Stun grenades are VERY helpful

Im trying to get royalty on my assault rifles and I have already completed the BAL, AK12, and HBR and now im screwed because all I have to work with is the IMR hushed which takes 8 bullets (2 burst) to kill someone unless its a headshot. The easiest way to unlock the AR camos is in Hard core gamemodes (Kill confirmed or Domination). 2 bullets across the map = longshot medal, or 1 bullet to the head = headshot medal.

What the heck is the point of attachments on secondaries anyways?
secondary + attachment = 2 points OR overkill + SMG = 2 points
I thought the pick 10 system was dumb. I also think the pick 13 system is dumb. COD needs to go back to the MW1/MW2 style of create-a-class. And enough with the damned "everything needs a counter" mentality - that makes this just a complicated game of rock-paper-scissors. The counter to a powerful perk should be equally powerful perks in the same slot - so you have to make a choice of which power you want. Not another perk cancelling it out - that is silly.
