Got in a before-reset hard mode raid with Jigga and company. Pretty easy-cheesy, 57 minutes. Kinda goofy to finish hard mode without actually finishing normal but it is what it is. Coincidentally the achievements that popped put me at EXACTLY 50,000 gamerscore. Nice! Maybe we can start running hard mode instead of normal now. It's not significantly harder, and running normal when at 385+ is kind of pointless. It's still fun (usually), but drops being capped at 385 means we're just spinning our wheels. |

The Hebbs 100ed..(ed?) and found a group of squeakers that, despite squeaking the entire time with minimal useful communication, managed to do the whole Aksis fight in only 4 or 5 squeaky attempts. |

Anyone in for tomorrow? I'll be on earlier than usual, probably 6:00 or 6:30 CDT. Would really like to get the monitors/OP stuff done (finally) and start working on hard mode. If nobody can start that early I'll probably 100 it and then jump in with y'all when that run is finished.

Good news! wittyscorpion is alive and well! He took a break from gaming after everyone failed to join him in Halo 5 and just hasn't found time to return to gaming. He sounds intrigued by Titanfall 2, so maybe we'll see him back soon. |

Win or lose tonight, I am probably not going to feel well tomorrow.
BUT, the good news is that I am aware of this an have preemptively taken the day off tomorrow. I should be recovered adequately enough to function by raid time. So Thursday raid? I can probably be good to go as soon as anyone else is on. I also need to do some Nightfalls. And do the strike for all 3 exotic swords (once or three times, doesn't matter).

He is very convincing Well, at least you now know that I am still alive  The GOOD news for the crews here is that I have no time for Destiny, so you don't have to worry about my sorry ass showing up in your otherwise perfect (or "flawless") raid run  . As fun as Destiny is, it feels like a full time job and I just don't have that kind of time. I did play TF2 for a bit yesterday, and just running through the training course reminded me how much fun I had playing TF1. So this will definitely be the game that will hold me for a while (and more Halo 5 while I am at it...). hebbnh / thebb22 , from TF2 threads sounds like Dumien is trying to pull you guys in. I would say Just do it!. You won't regret it. Cheers, and see all of you online again soon! (Everything in my game room has been collecting dusts, so it will take me a while to get everything back in working order...) |

I'll finally be back online playing Destiny tonight. But I haven't played since February and have a lot to figure out, I suspect. Also, Alaska time is a 3 hour difference from Central Time. So I'll be on around 10 pm my time, which is 2 ET, 1 CT, and 11 PT. Maybe Pegasus Actual will carry me?! I assume the Hebbs ( hebbnh and thebb22) will be sleeping... and I don't even know if iw5000 or wittyscorpion are in???!!! I'm still around, but decided against getting it. People on here were great in explaining things, and it seemed like i might be able to catch up with people, but the thought of starting behind others, having to play catch up, doing even a little bit of grinding, kill all interest. |
