What's the minimum power lvl? 300? I'm at about 310, right now. Haven't even touched the new campaign/story. And I will be truly blind going in - I have no concept of anything happening in the DLC except that it's Vex oriented...

310 is absolutely fine for the raid. It is challenging, but not impossible at all.

Raid(s) this week, anyone? If not I suppose I'll just stay on board the LFG train. It's been surprisingly good for me lately -- almost 2-phased the Calus challenge last night multiple times without really trying all that hard.

Last time I tried the Throne Room challenge on prestige it was a bit much for my raid team, although that was some time ago. |

It was on normal. I haven’t even attempted a prestige run at all yet as it’s not really something I want to do without a consistent team, and it seems I’m pretty much the only XBro left who’s still playing. That being said, I found time yesterday to finish grinding out the last of the forge weapons and I’m able to hit 335 with a number of different setups on my Hunter, so I’m kind of out of reasons to play anymore. I may still hop on for a raid or lair now and then, or show up for special events, but otherwise I’ll either be playing through The Witcher 3 for the first time or invading on Dark Souls 3.

Yeah I wouldn't touch prestige without a consistent Fireteam. I actually think the Royals Pools and the Throne Room challenges on prestige are the hardest raid encounters Bungie has produced. But a lot of players won't realise that because of the change in direction D2 took with their loot and levelling system. Also, some activities I find easy while others may find hard I guess.

Sorry if I haven't been around.
I tried a few times to get into the new DLC, and it just kind of...I don't know...fell flat. Nothing there. Just like no desire to play it. I wish I could give specific reasons, like this or that sucked...but that would be totally unfair to the game. I haven't even really played the DLC enough to give it a honest review. Like I said, when I got on, I just looked around and the interest was gone.
Kind of the same for Call of Duty too. Haven't even loaded that up since November.
Hopefully something comes back and sparks an interest. I'm in a dead zone. :-(
I am thinking of trying that new(er) game that looked like the Hunger Games. Where like 60 people get dropped off on an island, and the only goal of the game is to survive to be the last one. That has piqued my interest, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
