If it has a firetime of 0, it should shoot once per frame, right? So FPS*60=RPM, right?

If it has a firetime of 0, it should shoot once per frame, right? So FPS*60=RPM, right? It had its fire rate reduced and its damage increased on all platforms. Instead of 6-5-4, it's 18-15-12 now. And the fire rate is 1200 RPM instead of 3600-5400 RPM. This was done because of complaints on PC due to the increased fire rate via increasing your FPS to 90 instead of the default 60.

I question your sarcasm: this change made the EM worse on consoles and 1800 RPM would have reduced the effect of this nerf. The saving grace of the weapon on console was the high fire rate which thus allowed more leniency for missed shots. The effect on the EM is most pronounced in HC due to exaggerated rounding loss of damage.

I find The Last Laugh to be borderline competitive in Hardcore (with the Goliath, ARX and possibly the Insanity being actually competitive).

Why is the EM1's RoF listed as 1200 RPM on the spreadsheets? 1200rpm is the imposed "engine limit". The only thing that was ever allowed to fire quicker was the W@W PPSH with doubletap. (+25% ROF)
