So, after my work on Advanced Supply Drops shortly after they were released, as Black Ops 3 also features Supply Drops I decide to do the same thing.
As Cryptokeys will be at some point monetized by Activision (my guess 300 Cryptokeys for $10), I want to know the true rarity of each category of item, what a Supply Drop will contain in average, and know the difference between the type of Supply Drops to see if it's truly better to get 10 Rare or 30 Normal for 300 Cryptokeys.
So if people decide to spend money on Supply Drops, they could know what would be better for them. More items with a chance of rares, or less items with more chance of rares.
However for that I need data. A LOT OF DATA. And I don't have the game yet - probably only in December. And even by myself, I wouldn't earn that much Cryptokeys. So I'd like the whole Denkirson community
Drift0r, if you're here, I'd really like if you could do some kind of video as a call for people to send their screenshots and videos of Supply Drop openings, so we could have a lot of data quickly. As long as Cryptokeys are not monetized, people won't get them very quickly, so we need a lot of people.
I'll try to make a post on Reddit too: if we could mobilize the /r/blackops3 community to send a lot of Supply Drop screenshots and videos, that could be cool. But threads have a tendency to sink quickly especially in these times. So I'll probably create a specific subreddit for it but I don't know if I'll be enough. If you have any ideas about how to gather data...
(YouTubers will definitely do some opening videos but they have to gather Cryptokeys first - as long as they can't buy them!)

Cryptokeys seemed to trickle in real slow, though we did mostly S&D and that was being super stingy with XP as well. I don't think I have enough for even one supply drop so far. Maybe we will have better luck with Domination or NUK3TOWN24/7 (ok definitely better luck there).

Unverified 3rd hand information suggests you get one token for each win and winning multiple games in a row lets you accumulate them faster; the formula for this is unknown. Saw a video of a rare camo called "Sunshine" and it looked drop-dead amazing. It's a rare item. Gee, this feels familiar as someone who's played a fair bit of card games over the years.

Opened one 10 key pack. Xur gave me an ugly common paintshop/emblem material, an ugly common Sheiva camo, and an ugly BRM camo. Based on this I think they should rename "Black Market" to "Ugly Shit Store for Kidz"

2) calling card, gun camo, gun camo
3) emblem decal, gun camo, gun camo
Saving for a rare pack now. Wish I had bought that instead of these.
I would assume that the odds of getting a rare or better in the common packs would be less than one-in-three, otherwise there would be no purpose for the rare packs to exist.
